Description
The Guilford County Purchasing Department seeks a qualified consulting firm to act as its Strategic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Journey Partner for a multi‑year, county‑wide ERP transformation. The partner will guide the County through strategy, requirements gathering, product and integrator selection, solution design, implementation, data migration, testing, change management, deployment, go‑live, and post‑implementation stabilization across Finance, Human Capital Management, and Budget functions. The effort will replace and consolidate the County’s existing disparate ERP applications with a modern, unified platform.
• Provide strategic ERP transformation roadmap and governance.
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering for Finance, HCM, and Budget domains.
• Lead ERP product selection and integrator vendor evaluation.
• Design, configure, and implement the chosen ERP solution.
• Manage data migration, conversion, and system testing.
• Deliver organizational change management and training.
• Oversee go‑live, stabilization, and post‑implementation support.
• Work collaboratively with County officials and stakeholders throughout the multi‑year program.
