Description
The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) seeks a qualified architectural/engineering firm to provide full‑service design for the removal and replacement of approximately 26 windows in the R&D Building at the North Central Correctional Facility in Rockwell City. The scope includes field investigation, design development, construction documents, cost estimating, coordination with a construction manager, and construction‑phase support, including site visits, submittal reviews, and punch‑list completion. The project must adhere to state building and energy codes, incorporate non‑proprietary material recommendations, and be executed on a fast‑track schedule with design kickoff in early December 2026 and final close‑out by September 2027.
