Topeka/KC Area IDT Meal Services (Catered Meals/Boxed Meals)

The Kansas Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide catered meals and/or boxed meals for units attending home station individual training events. The contractor will be required to provide meals at various locations, including Topeka, Kansas City, Leavenworth, Lenexa, Olathe, and Fort Riley. The contract period is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. The contractor will need to provide sufficient detailed information to demonstrate their technical capability, proposed technical approach, and plan for meeting the requirements specified in the solicitation document. • The contractor will be evaluated based on technical capability, past performance, and price. • The contractor must provide catered meals and/or boxed meals for units attending home station individual training events. • The contractor will need to provide meals at various locations, including Topeka, Kansas City, Leavenworth, Lenexa, Olathe, and Fort Riley. • The contract period is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. • The estimated monthly meal requirements are: Topeka = 1400, KC Area = 1750, Ft Leavenworth, and Ft. Riley = 9063 (depending on training requirements).
