The University of Louisville seeks a commercially hosted SaaS Organizational Analytics Platform that ingests periodic flat‑file extracts of its workforce data and provides rich visualizations, hierarchy calculations, and benchmarking tools. The vendor must configure dashboards, support SSO (SAML/OpenID Connect), enforce role‑based access, and deliver implementation, training, and ongoing support. The contract is competitive‑negotiation with a target go‑live by end‑March 2027.
• Hosted SaaS solution that accepts CSV/flat‑file imports (once or twice per fiscal year).
