Description
The State of Alabama is issuing Round 3 of an IDIQ “Maintenance, Repair, and Operation (MRO) Supplies” solicitation. Up to eight suppliers per category will be awarded based on the highest percentage discount offered on a publicly‑available market price. The contract covers 21 broad MRO categories (e.g., abrasives, batteries, HVAC supplies, safety equipment, janitorial products, etc.) and runs an initial 12‑month term with the possibility of four additional 12‑month extensions (total up to five years). Suppliers must submit a completed Pricing Methodology Spreadsheet, be E‑Verify compliant, and will pay a 1 % administrative fee on all sales. Delivery must occur within seven calendar days of order receipt; late deliveries can be cancelled. No BAFO or negotiation phase is provided; the award is strictly discount‑driven.
