The U.S. Virgin Islands Office of Veteran Affairs is seeking a vendor to rent, deliver, set up, and break down a full suite of event equipment for the St. Thomas Veterans Day ceremony on November 11, 2026. The scope includes multiple tents of various sizes, chairs (standard and cushioned with arm‑rests), a podium, PA systems with microphones, and a one‑hour pre‑event setup/teardown service.
