On-Call Media Production, Installation & Removal

The City of Colorado Springs seeks a qualified contractor to provide on‑call media production, installation, and removal services for the Colorado Springs Airport. The work includes recommending durable, removable signage media, fabricating custom vinyl wraps, banners, window clings, and other visual elements, installing them on airport facilities (often after hours), and later removing them without damage. The contractor must coordinate with airport staff, supply all tools and personnel, and maintain rigorous quality‑control, safety, and warranty documentation. This is an IDIQ, time‑and‑materials contract with a base year (2027) and up to four optional one‑year extensions. • Produce custom signage/media (vinyl wraps, banners, window clings, etc.) for airport use. • Install and later de‑install media, supplying all tools, equipment, and qualified labor. • Provide rapid on‑call response, including after‑hours work, and coordinate with airport security and safety protocols. • Submit detailed price sheets (hourly labor, material costs, travel, after‑hours rates) under a T&M structure. • Meet extensive insurance, civil‑rights, accessibility, and environmental compliance requirements.
