Bear Valley Unified School District (BVUSD) is seeking a cloud‑based, “vanilla” Student Information System (SIS) to replace its legacy platform for approximately 2,150 TK‑12 students across six sites. The contract will be a fixed‑price, three‑year SaaS agreement covering licensing, implementation, data migration, training, and ongoing support, with an optional renewal structure.
