CCCS DQ 27-007 Workforce Program Management Solution

The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) Workforce Solutions & Innovation division seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive, cloud‑based project management software solution, migration from existing tools (Asana, ClickUp), training, and ongoing support for roughly 45 internal users and up to 225 external/guest users. The contract will run up to four years, beginning shortly after award. The solution must integrate with Zoho, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, WebEx, DevOps, Power Automate, provide SSO, encryption at rest, two‑factor authentication, WCAG 2.0 AA compliance, and include dashboards, custom workflows, and AI features without extra AI fees.
