Event Services & Related Supplies

The Prosper Independent School District (PISD) is seeking proposals for Event Services and Related Supplies. This is a multi-award bid, and PISD urges all vendors that provide these services/commodities to respond to this bid/proposal. The successful vendor(s) will enter into an annual contract for Event Services & Related Supplies, with an initial contract period of two fiscal years (September 1, 2025-August 31, 2026 and September 1, 2026-August 31, 2027). The contract may be extended for up to three additional one-year periods. • The contract is for Event Services and Related Supplies. • The initial contract period is two fiscal years. • The contract may be extended for up to three additional one-year periods. • PISD reserves the right to postpone the deadline through an addendum. • Procurement results will become available after approval by the Board of Trustees.
