Event Rentals for Office of Special Events

The University of South Carolina is seeking bids from reliable and qualified firms to provide various rental items for the Office of Special Events. The contract will be for a maximum of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The university is looking for firms that can provide event rentals, including but not limited to, tents, tables, chairs, and other equipment. The selected contractor will be required to deliver and set up the equipment as needed. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. • The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contract will include provisions for termination, payment, and dispute resolution.
