Description
The City of Philadelphia Health Department is seeking a vendor to furnish, install, and integrate complete audiovisual conferencing solutions for four conference rooms (Gritty, Large Training, Franklin, and a service agreement). Each room requires a HDMI/USB wall plate extender, a wall‑mounted PC, a 3‑by‑1 collaboration switcher, an all‑in‑one conferencing bar, a display (55‑, 65‑, 98‑, and 110‑inch depending on room), a pull‑out tilt mount, and a wall‑mounted keypad controller, all fully programmed. The vendor must also provide a 90‑day workmanship warranty and a 3‑year enhanced service plan.
• Scope includes supply of hardware, cabling, mounting hardware, and full integration with existing room infrastructure.
• Work must be coordinated with the owner for exact placement and must meet City procurement requirements for micro‑purchases.
• All items are to be delivered FOB destination to the City’s Health IT office and must be completed under the micro‑purchase ceiling (< $45,000).
