Temporary Event Utilities & Exhibitor Ordering Services

The Washington State Convention Center is seeking a service provider to provide temporary utility services, including electrical, air, water, drain, and natural gas, to exhibitors and clients. The contract also includes the management and staffing of the convention center's exhibitor services ordering operation. The successful proposer must have at least five years of experience in providing electrical distribution and associated services in an exhibition/tradeshow environment. Key responsibilities include providing professional installation, operation, and removal of utilities, as well as managing the exhibitor services order desk. • Provide temporary utility services to exhibitors and clients • Manage and staff the exhibitor services ordering operation • Ensure compliance with applicable state law and administrative and local codes • Provide a transition plan if necessary • Maintain insurance coverage as specified in the contract
