One (1) Time - Special Event Catering Services

The City of Cheyenne is seeking proposals from catering companies to provide "Food Truck" style catering services for its annual employee picnic. The event will be held on August 27, 2025, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. The City is looking for multiple companies to provide catering services. Proposers must submit their proposals electronically through the City's eProcurement Portal. The proposal should include the company's name, physical address, phone number, email address, and the name and title of the person authorized to submit the proposal. • The City is requesting "Food Truck" style catering services. • The event will be held on August 27, 2025, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. • Proposers must submit their proposals electronically through the City's eProcurement Portal. • The City will consider incomplete any proposal that does not acknowledge all addenda. • The City will provide payment in full on the day of the event, and proposers must agree to abide by these payment terms.
