The State of Vermont’s Agency of Administration – Buildings & General Services is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service janitorial cleaning for the Department of Motor Vehicles office located at 1998 Memorial Drive, St Johnsbury. The work covers approximately 1,900 sq ft of mixed carpet and tile office space, two restrooms, a public lobby, and employee work areas. The contractor must supply all cleaning supplies, equipment, and labor, perform two cleaning days per week (expanding to a second day starting January 1 2027), and meet strict environmentally‑preferred product standards. The contract is a three‑year term with an optional two‑year extension.
