Description
The State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking offers to renew Dynatrace software subscriptions and associated support services for its NC FAST program. The contract covers Managed Host units, DEM units, Davis Data units, and Enterprise Success & Support for an initial one‑year term (04/01/2027 – 03/31/2028) with two optional one‑year extensions. Vendors must be authorized Dynatrace resellers, submit a sealed electronic offer via the NC e‑Procurement portal by 2:00 PM ET on 28 Oct 2026, and answer any questions by 5 Nov 2026. Delivery of licenses must occur within ten calendar days of purchase order receipt. The award will be made using a Best Value/LPTA evaluation.
