The County of Gwinnett is seeking an authorized HP reseller to provide a full line of HP® file servers, peripheral equipment, and associated value‑added services under a one‑year annual contract with four optional renewal periods. The vendor must supply hardware, configure systems on‑site, manage order tracking, and meet strict service‑level commitments (shipping within 7‑14 business days, response to pricing inquiries within 4 hours, etc.). Minimum business experience of five years, comprehensive insurance coverage, and completion of non‑collusion, ethics, and E‑Verify affidavits are required. The solicitation is competitive sealed‑bid; bids are due by 2:50 PM on October 29 2026, with award expected the following business day.
• Supply any HP® server model (rack‑mount, blade, standalone) and a broad range of peripherals (memory, drives, networking gear, cables, etc.).
• Provide on‑site configuration, order reconciliation, and rapid response services (quotes within 3 business days, pricing info within 4 hours).
• Offer discount pricing below Georgia state contract rates for servers and peripherals and optional renewal‑period discounts; peripheral pricing not covered by the state contract must be ≤ 8 % above vendor cost.
