Description
The County of Gwinnett seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive, county‑wide maintenance services for its entire fleet of computers, printers, scanners, servers, and peripheral devices. The contract is an annual, all‑inclusive agreement with a base term of one year and up to four additional one‑year renewals, covering over 6,500 users and more than 10,000 devices across more than 100 locations. The vendor must furnish local (Atlanta) staff capable of on‑site response within four hours, deliver preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory, and maintain OEM warranty compliance. Evaluation will be based primarily on technical qualifications (80 %) and cost (20 %).
• Scope includes hardware support, preventive maintenance, emergency replacements, and full reporting (KPIs, call history, PM logs).
• Mandatory requirements: local staff, certifications from HP/Dell/Panasonic, 4‑hour on‑site response, extensive insurance coverage, and ability to support a large, geographically dispersed user base.
• Contract starts 1 December 2026, with a total potential duration of five years if all renewals are exercised.
