Purchase Agreement for Classroom Furniture, Furnishings and Essentials

Los Angeles Community College District is seeking qualified vendors to supply pricing and discounts for a wide range of classroom‑related furniture, furnishings, and essential items across all eleven campuses and satellite locations. This is an indefinite‑quantity, indefinite‑delivery (IQ/ID) purchase agreement structured as a discount‑based contract with a base term of three years and two optional one‑year extensions (up to five years total). Awards will be based on a 100‑point scoring system heavily weighted toward overall product discount (60 pts) and also consider experience, certifications, and service capabilities.
