Fine Arts Equipment, Supplies, and Service

North East Independent School District is seeking proposals for a broad range of fine‑arts related equipment, supplies, and services to support its music, band, choir, theater, and visual‑arts programs. This is an Extended Response Period (ERP) solicitation; awards will be made incrementally throughout the open window as proposals are received and evaluated. Vendors may submit electronic bids through the district’s e‑bidding platform and must register as suppliers.
