This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide quarterly maintenance services for HVAC units at the MPRD facility. The State of Alabama will issue a Quick Quote, meaning vendors must submit a price proposal electronically via Alabama Buys. The contract is capped at $25,000 total (including any renewals) and may be renewed annually for up to five years, with any price escalation limited to 5 % of the annual cost and requiring written approval.
