KSFB Event Merchandising

The Kentucky State Fair Board is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional merchandise design, sourcing, and production services for official event merchandise associated with its produced events. The events include the National Farm Machinery Show, Kentucky State Fair, and North American International Livestock Exposition. The vendor will be responsible for providing original merchandise design concepts, artwork development, product sourcing, and manufacturing. The contract will be for an initial term of two years with two optional two-year renewal periods. The vendor must provide a technical proposal and a cost proposal, and the evaluation criteria will include design and production, e-commerce fulfillment, inventory model, design and brand control, and experience with comparable events. • The vendor must have experience in providing merchandise design and production services for large-scale events. • The vendor must be able to provide a wide range of products, including apparel, headwear, and collectibles. • The vendor must be able to provide competitive wholesale pricing and reliable production capacity. • The vendor must be able to provide optional e-commerce production and fulfillment services. • The vendor must be able to comply with Kentucky Venues' brand standards and review process.
