The State of Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified vendor to perform comprehensive elevator repairs, preventative maintenance, and an annual fire‑marshal inspection at the Manteno Veterans Home. The work includes replacing two out‑of‑service freight elevator door “pancake” motors and a braking rectifier assembly, conducting two semi‑annual preventative‑maintenance visits, and providing one yearly fire‑marshal inspection. All labor, materials, tools, and required warranties must be supplied by the vendor; subcontracting is expressly prohibited.
