Athletic Team Apparel and Equipment

The College of New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive range of athletic‑team apparel, footwear, accessories, and equipment for its intercollegiate sports programs. The contract is for one year beginning July 1 2026 with two optional one‑year renewals, and the estimated annual spend is $250,000. The College prefers an authorized Under Armour distributor for uniforms but will consider other qualified suppliers who can justify a brand change. Vendors must supply catalogs, pricing, and be able to handle custom embroidery/screen printing, and must meet a variety of product‑specific quantity requirements across dozens of sports. • Supply of team uniforms, practice wear, footwear, outerwear, coaching apparel, bags, and accessories (all Under Armour or comparable) • Procurement of extensive equipment inventory (balls, bats, helmets, mats, nets, etc.) with specified preferred brands and quantities • Requirement to provide firm, FOB‑destination pricing, meet tax‑exempt status, and furnish required bonds, insurance, and certifications (SBE/DVOB/MWBE set‑aside, non‑collusion affidavit, etc.) • Vendor must engage in monthly order reviews, preseason meetings with coaches, and maintain in‑house or subcontracted embroidery/screen‑printing capabilities.
