Description
This solicitation seeks a small‑business firm to provide comprehensive janitorial (custodial) services for the Bureau of Land Management Caliente Field Office and its adjacent fire station in Nevada. The work includes routine daily cleaning, bi‑weekly restroom maintenance at the fire station, weekly window cleaning, quarterly HVAC and exterior tasks, and all required labor, supervision, equipment, and green cleaning supplies (government‑furnished items are limited to utilities and basic consumables). The contract is a single‑firm fixed‑price award with a base year and up to four one‑year options, totaling a potential five‑year performance period. Eligibility is limited to 100 % SBA set‑aside small businesses qualified as HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, or EDWOSB. Contractors must comply with extensive DEI, biobased‑product, security, cybersecurity, and green‑procurement clauses, and must obtain Federal ID cards for all personnel.
