Tents and Event Rentals & Accessories

This contract is for the provision of tents and event rentals and accessories for the Bergen County Parks Department and various cooperative members. The contract has a total value not to exceed $250,000.00 and is for a 24-month period commencing on November 13, 2019, with one 12-month renewal option. The contract is an open-ended award, and the County may request that the vendor provide any amount of the subject goods and/or services set forth herein, from a minimum to the maximum amount anticipated.
