Religious & Independent School Educators (RISE) Conference Vendor

The New York State Education Department is seeking a qualified vendor to plan, organize, and host the annual Religious & Independent School Educators (RISE) Conference for the next five years. The vendor will be responsible for all logistical aspects of a two‑day, statewide professional‑development event, including venue management, registration, speaker coordination, technology integration, and post‑conference reporting, while ensuring strict separation of federal Title II‑A/IV‑A funds from non‑federal revenues.
