Budget estimate

$30,000 – $120,000

The solicitation’s example budget totals $12,167.50, but typical feasibility‑study and design contracts for municipal infrastructure projects of this size range from $30,000 to $150,000 depending on the depth of analysis, staffing levels, and travel requirements. Assuming an average billable rate of $100‑$120 per hour and an estimated 300‑500 total staff hours (including study, design, and administration), the likely contract value would fall between $30,000 (minimum for a lean study) and $120,000 (full‑service design and construction admin).
