Description
The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide high‑volume printing and mailing services for IRS W‑2 and various 1099 information‑return forms on an annual basis. The contractor will receive ready‑to‑print PDF files, securely handle and destroy the data, produce paper copies, envelope and bulk‑mail them to domestic, territorial, and international recipients, and provide post‑mailing documentation and electronic copies back to the AO. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a base year and up to four one‑year options, totaling potentially five years of service.
