Description
The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) is issuing an Invitation for Bid to obtain janitorial services for its Seed Laboratory in Giddings, Texas (1010 County Rd 226, 78942). The contract is valued at $50,000 and will run from the award effective date through 8/31/2027, with up‑to‑three one‑year renewal options. Work is limited to weekly cleaning tasks (floor sweeping/mopping, trash removal, restroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, glass cleaning, etc.) and must be performed outside normal laboratory hours (M‑Th 7:30 am‑5:00 pm, F 7:30 am‑4:30 pm).
