• Develop and implement PR/advertising plans highlighting Rhode Island’s economic‑development incentives.
• Produce and manage the agency’s presence at ~12 national/international trade shows and conferences in 2027.
• Provide creative services, media buying, data analytics (GA4), and KPI development.
• Require each team member to have ≥5 years of economic‑development experience; submit resumes or LinkedIn profiles.
• Bonus points awarded for minority‑, women‑, or disability‑business participation (up to 6 points).
