2027-2030 On-Call Engineering and Professional Services

The City of San Rafael is seeking qualified consultants and contractors to provide on‑call engineering and professional services across a broad range of disciplines. This indefinite‑quantity contract will be active from 2027 through 2030, allowing the city to call upon the selected firms for projects as needed. Services include, but are not limited to, architectural, civil, coastal, construction management, electrical, emergency response, environmental, fire suppression, geotechnical, hydraulics, inspection, land development, landscape architecture, material testing, mechanical, plan check, plumbing, project management, structural, surveying, and transportation. • One‑call contract covering multiple engineering and professional specialties. • Three‑year term (2027‑2030) with the ability to issue task orders as work arises. • Open to qualified consultants/contractors who can demonstrate expertise via a Statement of Qualifications.
