The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) is seeking a qualified A/E firm (architect or engineer) licensed in Ohio, together with an electrical engineering subcontractor, to design and administer the replacement of the main electrical switch and campus‑wide distribution system at the Dayton Correctional Institution. The scope covers full architectural/engineering services from program verification through post‑construction close‑out, including on‑site construction administration (minimum eight hours per week). The project budget is $4 M total, with construction costs of $3.4 M and an estimated professional services fee of about 8.5‑9% of construction cost. EDGE participation (5 % of the A/E fee) is required.
