Description
The Kentucky Horse Park (KHP) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide nightly muck removal, loading, and hauling services for its event barns and arenas. The work will occur after 6 p.m. and must be completed by 6 a.m., covering roughly 80 nights per year and an estimated 8,500 tons of muck annually. The contractor must supply all equipment, experienced operators, and handle loading, transport, weighing, and disposal, coordinating daily with KHP staff. Payment will be based on certified net weight per ton. • Night‑time removal of stall bedding and manure from designated barn areas • Loading of muck at KHP premises and hauling off‑site for disposal • Provide all equipment, labor, and transportation • Operate in low‑light conditions safely around horses • Coordinate schedules with KHP staff to avoid event disruptions • Submit weighed tickets and monthly invoices for per‑ton payment
