The County of Gwinnett seeks a qualified vendor to design, supply, install, and train staff on a complete low‑voltage sound‑system solution for the Lenora Park Community Recreation Center. The scope includes all equipment, wiring, and installation services, with the vendor responsible for delivering a fully functional AV system that meets the County’s requirements for community‑room programming and events.
• Supply and install 16 ceiling speakers, amplifiers, mixers, Bluetooth interfaces, microphones, projectors, motorized screens, and associated hardware.
• Provide all wiring/cabling, ensure low‑voltage licensing (LV‑G or LG‑U), and perform on‑site installation and staff training.
• Submit a single lump‑sum price; no unit pricing required. Must include non‑collusion certification, references, and E‑Verify affidavit.
• Mandatory on‑site visit on November 5 2026; questions due by October 8 2026; final quote due November 10 2026.
