Description
The Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians are seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance, repair, and emergency‑response services for all tribal facilities across Oregon. The work includes regular inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, fan and motor servicing, ductwork cleaning, and documentation of each service visit, as well as on‑call emergency repairs with defined response times and rates. The contract will begin in January 2027, run for an initial two‑year term (with a possible one‑year extension), and requires the contractor to staff qualified technicians, maintain appropriate licensing and insurance, and submit detailed service reports after each visit.
