The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is conducting market research to identify firms capable of providing janitorial services for its Amarillo Field Office (approx. 7,150 sq ft) and potentially other BLM facilities. The work includes routine daily cleaning, bi‑weekly specialty dusting, and as‑needed HVAC vent cleaning, all using environmentally‑friendly (“green”) cleaning products.
