Description
Grand County EMS is soliciting proposals for comprehensive janitorial services at its newly built Station One facility in Granby, Colorado (≈10,648 sq ft). The vendor will provide routine weekly cleaning of public areas, offices, restrooms, entryways, and a kitchen, plus monthly cleaning of a large conference room and ad‑hoc cleaning for events. Grand County supplies consumables and equipment, but vendors may use their own if desired. The contract is for one year, requires HIPAA‑compliant Business Associate Agreement, background‑checked staff, and appropriate insurance. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM on 13 Nov 2026.
• Scope: 1 day/week standard cleaning; monthly & event‑driven deep cleaning of large conference space.
• Areas covered: entryways, 7 offices, 2 public restrooms, 2 office bathrooms, kitchen, classroom, scenario rooms, conference rooms.
• Consumables/equipment provided by County; vendor may supply own.
• Mandatory HIPAA BAA, background checks, Workers’ Comp & General Liability insurance.
• Contract term: 1 year, with annual appropriations; award at County’s discretion (lowest bid not guaranteed).
