The VA intends to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price purchase order for preventive‑maintenance and repair services on ten Stryker Neptune medical imaging systems located at the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, NY. The contract will cover routine inspections, parts replacement, labor, travel, priority repairs, training, and provision of loaner equipment. Although the award is planned for Stryker Sales, LLC (the sole authorized provider), the VA will accept written responses from any firm that can demonstrate equivalent capability.
