St. Cloud Technical and Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to operate its year‑round cafeteria and provide catering for campus events. The contract includes menu development, daily food‑service operations, weekly menu publishing, marketing, supply procurement, equipment maintenance, sanitation, environmental practices, and detailed financial reporting. The vendor must meet nutritional standards, accommodate special‑diet needs, and collaborate with campus groups such as the bookstore, student government, and culinary program. • Operate a manual food‑service line (7:30 am‑2:00 pm M‑F) with breakfast, lunch, grab‑and‑go, and specialty items. • Provide full‑service catering for college‑sponsored and external events, with a 10‑business‑day notice for off‑campus work. • Supply all food, paper, cleaning supplies, and maintain college‑owned equipment; comply with health‑department licensing, PCI‑DSS, and sustainability requirements. • Deliver monthly sales and cash‑count reports; allow audit access; manage staffing, training, and contingency plans. • Contract term is three years (June 1 2026 – May 31 2029) with an optional two‑year extension.
