Description
Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners seeks an authorized HP reseller to serve as the primary provider for all HP server models and related peripheral equipment under an annual contract, beginning January 1 2027. The vendor must supply hardware, include shipping and handling in unit prices, and offer value‑added services such as on‑site configuration, order tracking, and rapid response to quote requests. The contract includes optional renewal periods (four consecutive 12‑month terms) with pricing tied to a required discount below the Georgia state contract price for servers and a capped markup for peripherals. Vendors must meet extensive insurance requirements, provide three recent references, and certify non‑collusion and E‑Verify compliance.
• Supply any HP® server model (rack‑mount, standalone, blade) and a full range of peripherals (memory, drives, cables, scanners, etc.).
• Provide on‑site configuration, weekly pending‑order reports, and guaranteed shipping within 7‑14 business days.
• Quote a single percentage discount below the state contract price for both servers and peripherals; peripherals not covered by the state contract may be marked up ≤ 8 %.
• Maintain required insurance limits (CGL $2 M, Auto $1 M, Workers’ Comp $500 k, Umbrella up to $10 M, etc.) with an A‑M Best rating of A‑7 or higher.
• Deliver a sealed bid package by 2:50 PM on October 29 2026 to the Gwinnett County Purchasing Office.
