Gwinnett County is seeking a county‑wide, annual maintenance service for all of its computer‑related equipment—including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, servers, and mobile data terminals—across more than 100 facilities. The contractor must provide local staff capable of supporting over 6,500 users and 10,000 devices, deliver on‑site response within four hours, perform preventive maintenance, and supply parts, labor, and travel in an all‑inclusive price. The contract starts 1 December 2026, runs an initial term plus up to four optional 12‑month renewals (total up to five years), and requires extensive insurance coverage and certifications from major OEMs (HP, Dell, Panasonic).
