Description
The Army is seeking sources to provide multi‑function device (MFD) printer lease services for roughly 140 locations across Oregon. The contract will cover placement of specified printer models, regular maintenance, on‑call repairs, and the provision of ink and toner. Service also includes maintenance for a production printer equipped with multi‑folding and trimmer units.
• Lease and placement of up to 140 MFD printers (various Ricoh, Xerox, and Altalink models).
• Ongoing preventive maintenance, on‑call repair, and consumables (ink/toner) supply.
• Additional service for a high‑volume production printer with folding and trimmer add‑ons.
