RFP - CAMP Program Management

The Center for Automation, Manufacturing and Production (CAMP) at Weber State University seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive program‑management services for the duration of the contract. The contractor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and reporting on all aspects of the CAMP program, including student workforce management, faculty and external partner liaison, budget tracking, and final transition deliverables. • Develop and maintain a consolidated work plan, staffing tracker, and reporting templates within 30 days of contract start. • Coordinate student recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing participation, ensuring alignment with academic calendars and faculty needs. • Facilitate faculty, university leadership, and external partner meetings; produce agendas, minutes, and action‑item updates promptly. • Track project budgets, flag potential overruns, and process administrative requests. • Deliver monthly consolidated progress reports and a final program report with transition package by 30 Jun 2027.
