Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking an authorized HP reseller to serve as the primary supplier for HP server hardware, a broad range of peripheral equipment, and associated value‑added services under a one‑year contract with optional annual renewals. The vendor must provide pricing discounts below the Georgia state contract price, support rapid order processing, on‑site configuration, and meet extensive insurance and compliance requirements.
• Supply any HP® server model (rack, blade, standalone) and a full catalog of peripherals (memory, drives, networking gear, etc.).
• Offer value‑added services: on‑site configuration, order tracking, custom system builds, and quick response times (quotes within 3 business days, pricing info within 4 hours).
• Meet stringent insurance limits (e.g., $2 M CG, $1 M auto, umbrella up to $10 M) and hold an A‑M Best rating of A‑7 or higher.
• Provide three recent references, non‑collusion certification, E‑Verify compliance, and a code‑of‑ethics affidavit.
• Submit a sealed bid by 2:50 PM on October 29 2026 to the Gwinnett County Purchasing Office.
