Washington Saves Investment Consultant

The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions is seeking an investment consultant to support the Washington Saves Program, which is an automatic enrollment Individual Retirement Account (IRA) program for Washington workers. The consultant will provide strategic and technical advisory services, including development of an investment policy statement, advising on risk management and oversight, participating in the solicitation of investment management services, and monitoring investment performance. The contract term is 36 months, and the estimated initial contract value is $225,000. The consultant will be selected based on a competitive solicitation process, which includes a bid evaluation summary, scored non-cost factors, and a bid price evaluation.
