Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky (KYTC) is soliciting a master agreement for annual dielectric and structural testing of equipment used by the Division of Equipment (C‑1 Garage, Frankfort). The contract will cover approximately 36 structural analysis tests and 36 AC dielectric tests per year, with quantities treated as estimates. The award will be a one‑year master agreement beginning 1 Jan 2027 and expiring 31 Jan 2028, with up to four optional one‑year renewals. Bidders must submit an electronic bid through the Kentucky Vendor Self‑Service (VSS) system; hard‑copy bids are not accepted. The lowest‑priced responsive bidder receives maximum points. Required certifications include insurance (minimum $1 M general liability, $1 M auto liability, workers’ compensation), certificate of authority for foreign entities, and various affidavits (resident bidder, qualified bidder, AI use, etc.). All work must comply with OSHA standards and KYTC inspection procedures. Payments are made within 30 working days of invoice receipt and acceptance.
