Description
The County of San Bernardino is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud‑based employee‑relations case‑management platform together with full implementation, integration, training, and ongoing support services. The solution must handle intake, workflow routing, investigations, reporting, and compliance (HIPAA, CCPA, EEOC) while offering role‑based security, AI‑assisted drafting (with data‑use restrictions), and integration with PeopleSoft/Oracle HRIS and Microsoft 365. A three‑year SaaS contract is required, with two optional one‑year renewals. The award is tentatively expected in March 2027.
• Provide configurable SaaS case‑management software (license + hosting) plus implementation services (project management, data migration, integration, testing, training, go‑live support).
• Ensure security & privacy compliance: NIST CSF 2.0, TLS 1.2+, role‑based access, audit logs, legal‑hold, data residency within the U.S., and a Business Associate Agreement.
• Deliver ongoing support, maintenance, and optional renewal options; include reporting dashboards, AI‑assist features, and integration with existing HR systems.
