Description
The City of Lexington is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a cloud‑hosted, fully integrated permitting and development review software platform. The solution must replace the legacy CityView system and support the complete lifecycle of permits—from public intake, online payment, plan review, inspections, issuance, enforcement, to reporting and records retention. The contract will encompass licensing, subscriptions, configuration, data conversion, interfaces, testing, training, implementation, go‑live support, ongoing hosting, maintenance, security, and support services. The City may negotiate with one or more proposers under a best‑overall‑proposal selection process.
• Cloud‑hosted, SaaS solution covering permitting, zoning, inspections, code enforcement, and payment processing.
