Physical Education Supplies

The Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking vendors to provide a comprehensive range of Physical Education supplies for its K‑12 schools. The contract will cover items across multiple sport categories—including archery, badminton, baseball/softball, basketball, elementary‑level equipment, field hockey, football, lacrosse, soccer, volleyball, track & field, and assorted accessories such as cones, markers, nets, and safety equipment. Bids must be submitted electronically via Public Purchase by September 14, 2026. Questions must be submitted in writing by August 28, 2026. The award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor(s) offering the best value, pending availability of funds. • Scope includes hundreds of SKUs (targets, nets, balls, bats, hoops, cones, markers, mats, stopwatches, etc.). • Delivery to CCPS facilities throughout Carroll County, MD. • Required documents: Bid Form Signature Sheet, Contract Affidavit, Bid Specifications. • No pre‑bid meeting or site visit required. • Vendor must be registered with the agency’s procurement system.
